Tracking Cards have a NFC(TAP)/QR Code that is specific to that card giving you the ability to know how that card is being used.

What does this mean?  You will be able to ‘assign’ this card to a specific employee in the TrueMetric system and know all of the following details:

•                 Last time the card was tapped/scanned
•                 Positive or Negative response?

 With this data, you can then run automated contests for your employees with our ‘Contest Builder’

•              Employee with the most surveys during a given time period?
•              Employee with the most positive surveys during a given time period?
